For help with GPS Info, email support@cri.ch.

Please include your Android version, device model, GPS Info version, which dashboard section is affected, and what the app displays. Do not send private location coordinates unless they are necessary and you are comfortable sharing them.

Before contacting support

• Confirm Location is enabled in Android settings.
• Grant GPS Info location permission while using the app.
• Move outdoors with an unobstructed view of the sky.
• Remember that raw measurements and antenna data depend on receiver hardware and firmware support.
