Before contacting support
- Connect the Android device to the Wi-Fi or Ethernet network you want to scan.
- LAN Scan deliberately ignores cellular and VPN-only routes.
- An open HTTPS port with an untrusted local certificate is shown as reachable, but the Google Play edition will not retrieve that page.
- Confirm you own or are authorised to test the network.
What to include
Please include the app version, Android device model, Android version, whether the connection is Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, private keys, router credentials, or unredacted screenshots containing sensitive device names.
