Live Charging Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: 30 July 2026

Live Charging processes battery measurements live on your device. It does not collect, save, transmit, sell or share those measurements.

Information used by the app

Live Charging reads Android battery state, level, charging source, current, voltage and temperature. It uses those values temporarily to estimate net battery-input power and draw the live dashboard.

How information is handled

Measurements are processed in memory while the app is visible. Live Charging does not create an account, keep a charging history after the process ends, upload information to the developer, or send information to a third party.

Permissions and network access

The app requests no runtime permissions and does not declare Android Internet permission. Battery information is obtained through permission-free Android system APIs.

If you choose “Open public source”, Android opens the documented benchmark URL in an external browser. Any network request and browser data handling are performed by that browser under its own settings and privacy terms.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

Live Charging contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, billing, account or cloud SDK. It does not sell or share personal information.

Children

Live Charging is a technical utility intended for adults and is not designed for children.
